We are the innovation arm of EHL Group, positioned at the heart of a global ecosystem to build, nurture and disseminate transformational use cases of human-centric innovations in the industries we serve.

EHL's Innovation Hub is advocating for impact entrepreneurship and human centered innovation within the dynamic areas of Hospitality and service industries, including food&beverages, travel and tourism, luxury and retail, education, nutrition and wellbeing and more. InnoHub MeetUp #1

March 25th, 2026

Held 3 times a year, bringing our Innovation Hub ecosystem together. This first meet-up takes place on Wednesday 25th March 2026, from 5–10 pm at the EHL Montreux Jazz Café. Join us for a fun mixology class, a unique panel, first-hand updates about the Hub, and plenty of networking and connection !

May 19-20th, 2026

Join the Summit 2026 – a two-day gathering reimagining human-centric leadership and innovation! InnoHub MeetUp #2

July 7th, 2026

The second InnoHub MeetUp of 2026 will take place on Tuesday 7th July, from 3-10pm, at EHL Campus. Expect a relaxed sports day, outdoor activities, and a barbecue to keep you fuelled while you network with the Hub ecosystem.

Open Innovation Summit 2025

The first EHL Open Innovation Summit 2025 took place on May 20–21 2025.

It brought together 400 participants, 48 speakers from 20+ countries, and 25 student volunteers for 1.5 days of connection, learning and real-time co-creation. The summit sparked bold conversations and actionable outcomes through:

Diverse workshops and hands-on co-creation spaces
Innovation challenges and tangible solutions
